Shakeo Mug Cake

OMGGGGGG ya'll.
My newest obsession. Chocolate peanut butter mug cake. Hell yes.

I don't know about you, but I kinda have a sweet tooth. it doesn't matter how healthy I am my body genuinely craves sugar. However, I know loading up on junk food won't bless me or my body. So I am always on the look out for healthier sweet options.

I normally have a daily Supershake. Its a product my company creates and it helps me fight that sweet craving, while getting my daily source of vitamins and nutrients. For those anti veggie eaters, like I used to be - this is the perfect way to help supplement, since it acts like 7 salads but takes like a milkshake. HOWEVER. I despiseeeeee cold weather. I dislike being cold. It makes me grumpy. As the snow rolls into central Illinois I'm finding I don't want a milkshake, so I've been trying new ways to enjoy my supershake.

Let me share with you, my mug cake recipe!

Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 egg
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp peanut butter  - topping

Directions
Put all ingredients into a microwavable mug, except the peanut butter & mix well. It should look similar to brownie batter when mixed. You can add a little more water if you like you cake more moist.
Microwave for 1 minute. Take out, if still gooey out back in for an additional 30 seconds. Take out and set aside. Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds so it is thin, then drizzle all over the cake.
Enjoy!

No Bake Super Cookie

Anyone else struggle with after school snacks? My kids, they LOVE junk. They walk in the door begging for candy, chips, cookies. All the things they don't need. I've made it a mission of mine to provide them healthy options when they get home. Today we are mixing up an old favorite &&& we even put a spin on it! No Bake Cookies, make with my supershake (Shakeology). We did vanilla & chocolate because my oldest is just like me; NOT a chocolate eater. So he has peanut butter flavor. These boys are gonna go nutsssss for these. I LOVE this option because its sweet, so to them its a treat. But it has the vitamins and nutrients from my supershake to help fuel their body (it acts like 7 salads) so #momwin I don't feel guilty packing this in their lunch, letting them grab a couple as they run and play. No Bake Super Cookie Ingredients: 2 scoops chocolate Shakeology OR vanilla Shakeology 1 cup oats 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup coconut o
