Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Real talk, I'm not a big veggie eater.
Especially before I started being healthier.

I used to think that in order to be healthy I just meant you had to have salads all day everyday.
but the thing was I just never got creative with my vegetables! I never tried new recipes.

Today I'm on day 2 of my 3-day cleanse. And I have to share one of my favorite recipes from the dinner list. Because honestly I could eat this salad all the time 🙌

Cucumber tomato salad
Ingredients
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 medium cucumber, cubed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp  Italian seasoning
1 dash Himalayan sea salt

Directions
Combine the vinegar, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl mix up and set aside. combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl mix well and drizzle with dressing. Toss it gently and enjoy!

No Bake Super Cookie

Anyone else struggle with after school snacks? My kids, they LOVE junk. They walk in the door begging for candy, chips, cookies. All the things they don't need. I've made it a mission of mine to provide them healthy options when they get home. Today we are mixing up an old favorite &&& we even put a spin on it! No Bake Cookies, make with my supershake (Shakeology). We did vanilla & chocolate because my oldest is just like me; NOT a chocolate eater. So he has peanut butter flavor. These boys are gonna go nutsssss for these. I LOVE this option because its sweet, so to them its a treat. But it has the vitamins and nutrients from my supershake to help fuel their body (it acts like 7 salads) so #momwin I don't feel guilty packing this in their lunch, letting them grab a couple as they run and play. No Bake Super Cookie Ingredients: 2 scoops chocolate Shakeology OR vanilla Shakeology 1 cup oats 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup coconut o...

Tennesse Weekend Getaway | Review

If you know me, you know I LOVE travel and adventures. I love exploring new places and experiencing it with people I love. Quality time, its my love language! This weekend filled ALL the cups! It was our annual Diamond Retreat. This is something my best friend and I host for our team of badass women. They could earn it by growing their business, facing their fears and helping others. I mean, who has a job that when you show up to be your best self you get treated to a better business, vacations, travel and friends?!? MEEEE and its why I love it! Last year we hit up Florida and this year we knew we wanted to have a more quiet, secluded trip where we could just have our space to hustle, grow and relax. So Tennessee it was. Ill admit, Kyra and I spent MONTHS looking for the perfect place. We hit up Airbnb & VRBO to try and find a place that fit our wants. Big enough to house everyone, cute enough to throw a party & perfect for what we envisioned. We've had a few Airbnb fl...
