I LOVE how it makes me feel by the end of the 3 days. It always helps me get back on track, cut my bloating and feel good on the inside. But I love meat & I'm very much a texture person so by day 3 of shakes I'm overrrrrr it. But I want to share my progress!  In 3 days I was able to drop 3.5 pounds and 1.5 inches. For a girl who is really fit and not much to lose, I call that a HUGE win! For me I wanted to do it again to feel good on the inside. && yall I feel light as a feather, energized and good. Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Real talk, I'm not a big veggie eater. Especially before I started being healthier. I used to think that in order to be healthy I just meant you had to have salads all day everyday. but the thing was I just never got creative with my vegetables! I never tried new recipes. Today I'm on day 2 of my 3-day cleanse. And I have to share one of my favorite recipes from the dinner list. Because honestly I could eat this salad all the time Cucumber tomato salad Ingredients 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 medium cucumber, cubed 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 tbsp chopped onion 1 tbsp  Italian seasoning 1 dash Himalayan sea salt Directions Combine the vinegar, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl mix up and set aside. combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl mix well and drizzle with dressing. Toss it gently and enjoy!

Cauliflower Fried Rice

You ever see those recipes and think, weird. Why would anyone want to eat that? That was me when I heard of this craziness called cauliflower rice. Last week however I didn't have much in the house but a random bag of cauliflower rice, so I thought, why not try it?!? Yall, I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes amazing and isn't crispy like brown rice can be when you cook it. Not to mention, you get those servings of veggies in without feeling like you're eating veggies!  So seriously, go try ittttt! Ingredients 1 bag cauliflower rice 1/4 cup peas & carrots 1/4 cup onion 1/2 cup broccoli 1/4 cup green bell pepper.  1 tablespoon garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil (or sesame oil) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 eggs Directions Put the oil in the pan & sautee onions. Add in other veggies -- minus cauliflower-- and cook on low until tender. Add in garlic & stir. Place the frozen cauliflower rice in the pan & put the soy sauce on top. Let cook
